MISSION: “I’M POSSIBLE”™
This program provides insightful suggestions that people can use as tools to help them realize that despite the difficulty of any obstacle, goals can be reached successfully. Victor lost his sister due to domestic violence. Instead of staying in a state of anger and sadness, he channeled his emotions and created a foundation that helps battered women. Victor will demonstrate that through the power of choice, students can take responsibility and turn any adversity into a powerful lesson to move forward in life. Victor will drive home the truth that it is the responsibility of each individual to create the life they want.
FROM SNOW CONES TO MICROPHONES™
(TEACHING & INSPIRING STUDENTS TO HAVE DREAMS & GOALS.)
Victor emphasizes the importance of not just going to school but participating in the whole high school experience. By doing this, students will realize the importance of trying new activities. Students’ confusion about their area of focus can cause some frustration. Victor will reassure them that by participating in many activities, the spark for their true passion may become very clear. When this happens, personal growth occurs and the opportunity to create a fulfilling life, both personal and professional can exist beyond the high school years. This program is an excellent way to kick off a semester.
TAKING ONE STAGE AT A TIME™
(6 PRINCIPLES FOR STUDENTS TO TAKE TO COLLEGE AND WORK.)
Having been in the music business for 30 years, Victor has learned many eye opening and transformational principles that have propelled him forward. These principles have come from an ongoing desire for constant and never-ending improvement in business and life. Victor teaches the six principles that will help ensure success when leaving high school and entering college and or the
work field.
HOW CAN I GET GOOD GRADES AT SCHOOL WHEN MY DAD IS ACING ALCOHOLISM 101?™
(Ideal for Alcohol & Drug Awareness Month, & Anytime of the Year.)
This program focuses on how alcohol can tear a family a part and what it takes to build that family back together. Victor spent most of his school years trying not only to do well in school, but to cope and understand his father’s alcoholism. Victor will stress thatthrough his ongoing involvement with a man so addicted, he learned forgiveness is the only way to regain focus. This helped him with the resentment he carried around, and ultimately the improvement of his
relationship with his father.
This presentation can be offered with an option that includes the additional topic of student alcohol and drug abuse. Victor has teamed up with a young man that lived his college years heavily involved with alcohol and drugs. His story can change many young lives because he offers a student’s perspective.
